Orders and Payments

If your order was canceled right after placement, it may be due to a payment processing failure or a security block. Please ensure your billing address matches your card or try an alternative payment method.
You can change or cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. If it has already shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it to request a return.
Your digital receipt is automatically sent to your registered email upon successful payment. If you need a formal tax invoice, please contact support within 30 days of receiving your item.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and selected regional payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Warranty and Services

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment status via your account portal under 'My Orders'.
If your product arrives with visible shipping damage, please take photos within 48 hours of delivery and contact root@onemira.com. We will arrange a free replacement for you.
OneMira provides a 1-year standard limited warranty covering hardware defects. This includes issues with the core robotic joints and mainboard. Accidental damage or drops are not covered.
Please email us with a description of the issue, your order number, and the device serial number. After initial troubleshooting, our tech team will provide a shipping label and RMA instruction.
